A family of integrable evolution equations of third order

چکیده
We construct a family of integrable equations the form vt = f(v; vx; vxx; vxxx) such that f is transcendental function in v; vxx. This related to Krichever-Novikov equation by differential substitution. Our construction and corresponding substitutions involves geometry genus two curves their Jacobians.

A Third Order Iterative Method for Finding Zeros of Nonlinear Equations
In this paper, we present a new modification of Newton's method for finding a simple root of a nonlinear equation. It has been proved that the new method converges cubically.
متن کاملBLOW-UP AND NONGLOBAL SOLUTION FOR A FAMILY OF NONLINEAR HIGHER-ORDER EVOLUTION PROBLEM
In this paper we consider a kind of higher-order evolution equation as^{kt^{k} + ^{k&minus1}u/t^{k&minus1} +• • •+ut &minus{delta}u= f (u, {delta}u,x). For this equation, we investigate nonglobal solution, blow-up in finite time and instantaneous blow-up under some assumption on k, f and initial data. In this paper we employ the Test function method, the eneralized convexity method an...
متن کاملLocal Geometric Invariants of Integrable Evolution Equations
The integrable hierarchy of commuting vector fields for the localized induction equation of 3D hydrodynamics, and its associated recursion operator, are used to generate families of integrable evolution equations which preserve local geometric invariants of the evolving curve or swept-out surface.
متن کاملClassification of Symmetry-Integrable Evolution Equations
This paper describes some recent developments which have made it possible to effectively classify homogeneous systems having infinitely many generalized symmetries, both in the commutative and the noncommutative case. It discusses the program that has to be carried out next to come to an automatic classification mechanism.
متن کاملA family of singular ordinary differential equations of the third order with an integral boundary condition
We establish in this paper the equivalence between a Volterra integral equation of the second kind and a singular ordinary differential equation of the third order with two initial conditions and an integral boundary condition, with a real parameter. This equivalence allows us to obtain the solution to some problems for non-classical heat equation, the continuous dependence of the solution with...
